The prices of the hotels and tours listed on our site are very competitive. All prices on the Angkorexcursion.com website are nett, unless stated differently, and all selected hotels sold on our site are located in the City Center. Please kindly find out the inclusions and exclusions in the rates from each hotel and tour packages'page.

3. Credit Card Guarantee

All Hotel Bookings are required Credit Card details to guarantee your reservation, and after your booking is confirmed by the hotels, the Credit Card Information or Credit Card Authorization Latter will be requested by the Hotels’ Officer. We will not charge your Credit Card as you will pay for your stay at the hotel.

4. Free of Charge

Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, Angkorexcursion.com will not add any additional fees to the Room Rates or Package Rates.

5. Cancellation

Please follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail in case you need to cancel your stay. If you made your cancellation before the penalty period of each hotel's policies, then it will be free of charge. We recommend you to read the Cancellation Policies of the each hotel carefully before starting to submit your reservation. If you cancel your stay within the penalty period or do not show up, the hotel might charge the 1st night of the total room reserved from your Credit Card .

Note: Angkorexcursion.com will not charge you any cancellation fee from both Hotels and Tours booking.
